Is there a charge for the creation of animated graphics such as Flash animations?

Although our competition charges for the creation of animated graphics or Flash animations, we have included them in our Website Design Package.

How many pages can my website consist of?

There is no restrictions on the amount of pages your website can consist of.

Do you restrict the amount of graphics on a website?

We do not restrict the amount of graphics, we can add an unlimited amount of graphics to your website in our Website Design Package.

Is it possible to password protect certain parts of my website?

Yes, it is possible. As usual we don't charge you any additional fees for setting up an unlimited amount of password protected sections on your website.

Does the Website Design Package include e-mail addresses?

Yes, you can add up to ten (10) e-mail address ending in @yourdomain.com.

How do I setup my e-mail client to receive the e-mails?

If you are not familiar with setting up e-mail accounts over POP3 we will send you a specialist (if available in your area) to assist with the e-mail configuration on your PC. We will also provide you with technical support via e-mail 24 hours a day.
